How to submit a useful AdnanThemes support ticket
ResolvedBefore opening a ticket, update the affected theme or plugin, temporarily clear all caches, and reproduce the issue once. Include the product name, exact version, WordPress and PHP versions, the steps that trigger the problem, and the complete error message. Use a private ticket whenever your message contains a website URL or account-specific information. Never include passwords, API keys, payment details, database exports, or private customer data.
