Direct products
Use the Secure Checkout or Buy Now link shown on the relevant AdnanThemes product page. Eligible direct digital-product purchases can be submitted for a refund within 7 calendar days. Payment methods should be those actually displayed by that live checkout.
Marketplace products
ThemeForest, CodeCanyon, or other marketplace products should be purchased through the official item or author page linked from AdnanThemes.
Free products
When a product has a WordPress.org version, use the official directory link published on the product page or AdnanThemes public profile.
Never send these through a support message
Support may need product, order, site, or technical details, but some information should remain private.
Passwords
Do not send account or hosting passwords in a public support topic.
Full card details
Never send full payment-card numbers or security codes to support.
Private API keys
