Launch checklist
Keep a known-good backup before you publish or update.
- Remove sample names,
.exampleaddresses, placeholder telephone numbers, prices and policies. - Check the homepage, every navigation target, booking, contact, cart and checkout on desktop and mobile.
- Test your real business rules on staging: service areas, dates, prices, request storage, your own notification process and payment sandbox results.
- Review the site title, descriptions, image alternative text, the social sharing image and search-engine visibility.
- Do not expose sample orders, customer records or test accounts when you publish.
- After deployment, clear caches and verify the public site while logged out.
Updates
- Back up files and the database before every update, and test theme and plugin updates on staging before production.
- Keep custom PHP in a child theme or a suitable companion plugin instead of editing the parent theme.
- Check the changelog before you update.
- To update, download the latest package from your ThemeForest Downloads page, upload the new theme ZIP under Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload Theme (replace the current theme), and upload Washlora Core and Washlora Native Layouts the same way under Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
Writing a support request
- Include the theme and package version, your WordPress and PHP versions, the selected niche, the editor and the affected page URL.
- Describe what you expected and what happened. Add a screenshot and the shortest steps that reproduce the issue.
- Use the support contact shown on your purchased item page or in your purchase account, or the AdnanThemes support center.
- Never include passwords or payment details in a ticket.
Licence
Your ThemeForest licence covers one end product. Full terms: Envato licence terms.
