Documentation

12 October 2026 — Documentation refresh

The documentation was reorganised into a searchable guide set with a contents sidebar, dark mode, copyable code and zoomable screenshots. Content was verified against the installed plugin code, including admin paths for the importers, Niche identity, Niche design and AI Studio.

Release preparation — 2026-10-23

Stricter output escaping and translation fixes in Washlora Core, a rate limit on the public service chatbot, a dismissible setup notice that now requires Washlora Native Layouts, demo-only tools switched off by default on buyer sites, and a credits.txt file listing the source and licence of every demo photograph. The documentation was updated to match. Also fixed: importing a niche when the WordPress Importer plugin is already active, a fatal error when Washlora Native Layouts runs without Washlora Core, WooCommerce checkout-field notices, and blank Niche design and Niche identity screens before the first import. The setup notice now also warns when a required plugin is inactive. New: choose which editors to import with a niche (Gutenberg, Elementor, WPBakery or Classic), so you do not end up with about 110 pages you do not need. Internal PHP functions now use the unique prefixes laundryes_ and washlora_ to avoid clashes with other plugins.
