Theme Assistant
Updated backend chatbot: commands, editing, commerce, media and diagnostics
WordPress admin: Washlora AI Studio > Theme Assistant
- Ask a setup question, or enter a supported command.
- Review the actions. Previewing a request does not change the site.
- Choose Yes, apply these changes to execute, or No, cancel.
- Undo last task restores settings if they have not been edited since. Unedited generated draft pages move to Trash. Later edits are preserved and conflicting Undo requests stop.
| Example | Result after confirmation |
|---|---|
| Create page Garment Care Guide | Creates an empty WordPress draft to edit. |
| Generate header for hotel linen | Prepares a commercial header from local presets. |
| Generate footer for pickup and delivery | Prepares a pickup call-to-action footer. |
| Set primary color to #164f44 | Changes the shared shop accent setting. |
| Enable sticky header | Enables the generated header with sticky positioning. |
Use semicolons between multiple tasks. Unsupported combined requests stop without partially applying supported commands. Existing pages, products and customer data are not edited by unrestricted prompts.
Header / Footer Generator
WordPress admin: Washlora AI Studio > Header / Footer Generator
- Choose Header or Footer. An optional laundry business brief selects a local preset.
- Choose one of five header or four footer layouts. Clear the brief when you want your manual layout choice to take priority.
- Set brand, logo attachment ID, existing navigation menu, colours, pickup button, contact information and opening hours.
- Select general pages and shop, one page ID, or the whole site. General scope keeps niche demo identities and the main showcase.
- Generate a preview. Switch between desktop and 390px mobile preview. Review menu wrapping, text contrast and the pickup button.
- Confirm activation. To restore the theme layout, uncheck Enable, generate a new preview and confirm. Undo is also available for the latest task.
Custom presets remain structured settings, not generated PHP or arbitrary code. The header uses your uploaded logo and WordPress navigation. The service links are the fallback when no menu is chosen.

Public service chatbot
The Ask Washlora button answers supported questions about services, care, pickup, prices, orders, payments and theme features. It provides links to the shop, contact and account pages. It cannot retrieve private orders, process payments, confirm pickup capacity or change settings.
Turn the public chatbot on or off in Appearance > Customize > Washlora Assistant.
How local generation works
These tools use local templates, known command patterns and a curated answer set. No external AI API key is required. They do not run an unrestricted language model. The public assistant needs a working site connection to receive answers.
Checks before launch
Review business details, colours and links. Test menus, generated header and footer scope, order links and actual pickup operations on your own site. Configure payment providers, merchant details and email separately.
