Technical Block
Build reliability around current priority strokes.
Technical training, patterns, match play and physical preparation organised around competition goals.
Performance training is built for players who already have a reliable base and need their game to hold up against stronger pace, movement demands and scoreboard pressure. Sessions connect technical detail to the patterns players actually use in competition.
The weekly plan combines focused repetition, tactical sequences, live points and review. Each block has a small number of measurable goals so the player knows what success should look like on court.
