Courts 1–2
Private lessons and junior foundations.
A clear weekly view of junior coaching, adult clinics, academy squads, match play and court access.
A good schedule gives players enough repetition to improve without turning every day into the same session. Technical coaching, match play, private lessons and social court time each serve a different purpose and should be combined around the player’s goal.
Players in academy programs can use the timetable to plan recovery and competition as well as court time. Adult members can choose between structured clinics, social sessions and independent bookings.
