Do not turn every group run into the same medium-hard effort.

Coaches brief the required intensity and pace-group rules. Easy days stay conversational, quality sessions use controlled targets and long runs develop duration without unnecessary racing.

EasyConversation possible · RPE 3–4
SteadyFocused but controlled · RPE 5–6
ThresholdHard and sustainable · RPE 7–8
