Foundation Runner
Build consistency and easy aerobic running.
From first 5K plans to marathon preparation, the club connects coaching, pace groups and race support in one pathway.

How the club works
Running development is strongest when weekly structure, pace control and race goals support each other. The club connects group running, coaching and individual plans so runners know what each session is for. Beginner, marathon and trail runners follow different routes, but the same principles of consistency, appropriate intensity and recovery apply throughout.
