Before you buy
Which page builders does Hercules support?
Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg and the classic WordPress editor. You choose one builder during setup and only that package is imported, so nothing conflicts.
How many demos are included?
Twenty niche demos covering gyms, personal trainers, CrossFit, yoga, pilates, boxing, football, multi-sport clubs, rehabilitation, nutrition and more. Each has its own header, footer, blog layout and colour treatment.
Is WooCommerce required?
No. WooCommerce is optional. The theme works without it, and the shop demo only appears if you install and import it.
Does it support RTL and translation?
Yes. The theme ships an RTL stylesheet and a .pot file, and the documentation itself is available in twenty languages including Arabic, Hebrew, Urdu and Persian.
Can I use my own content instead of the demo?
Yes. Demo import is optional. Every page is editable in your chosen builder, and placeholder images are used so nothing licensed is left behind.
What do I need on my hosting?
WordPress 6.0 or newer and PHP 8.0 or newer. We recommend 256MB PHP memory and a 64MB upload limit for a smooth demo import.
After your purchase
Where do I find my purchase code?
Sign in to ThemeForest, open Downloads, use the Download menu next to Hercules and choose "License certificate & purchase code". The code looks like 8 groups of characters separated by hyphens.
How long does support take?
Tickets are answered within two business days. Support hours are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
What does item support cover?
Answering questions about theme features, help with reported bugs, and updates for as long as your support period is active.
What is not covered?
Customisation beyond the theme options, third-party plugin conflicts, hosting or server configuration, and installing WordPress itself. We will still point you in the right direction where we can.
How do I update the theme safely?
Take a backup, then upload the new version or use the Envato Market plugin. Your content and theme options are preserved. Never edit theme files directly — use a child theme.
The demo import stalled. What now?
Raise your PHP memory limit and max execution time, deactivate caching plugins, and retry. Import one builder package only. Full steps are in the documentation.
