  • 17:15to18:00 Junior karate Grace Oduya · Ages 7 to 12 · Main mat Kihon, kata and discipline for seven to twelve year olds. Book
  • 19:00to20:00 Adult karate Iain Marsden · All grades · Main mat Kihon, kata and controlled kumite for all grades, taught by the chief instructor. Book

  • 18:00to19:00 Judo, juniors Aiko Tanaka · Ages 8 to 14 · Main mat Breakfalls, throws and groundwork taught progressively for younger students. Book
  • 19:30to20:45 Judo, adults Aiko Tanaka · All grades · Main mat Throws, groundwork and randori on sprung matting for all grades. Book

Practical details

Schedule questions

Do beginners need experience?

No. Fundamentals classes start from stance, movement and safety.

What should I wear?

Comfortable sports clothing is enough for a trial class.

Is sparring compulsory?

No. Contact work is introduced only at suitable levels.

Can families train on the same visit?

Yes. The schedule includes nearby youth and adult sessions.
