Coaching and progress

How instructors teach

Every coach follows one academy method: explain the purpose, demonstrate clearly, scale the drill safely and give one useful correction at a time.

01

Demonstrate first

Students see the full technique before speed, resistance or contact is added.

02

Scale the drill

The same lesson is adjusted without losing its main technical goal.

03

Coach the detail

Useful feedback stays specific, practical and easy to apply in the next repetition.

04

Review progress

Instructors track attendance, technical control and the next belt or class milestone.
