Working with a coach

How coaching is organised.

Classes are always coach-led rather than follow-along. If you want focused work, one-to-one pad sessions can be booked with any coach.

  • Maximum sixteen people per technical class
  • One-to-one pad sessions bookable with any coach
  • Written progress notes for fight-team members
  • Coaches rotate so you learn more than one style
  1. Step 1Train in general classes and meet the coaching team.
  2. Step 2Request one-to-one sessions with whoever suits your goal.
  3. Step 3Fight-team members are assigned a lead coach for each camp.
