What the gym looks like in practice.
Skill first, sparring later.
Nobody spars in their first eight weeks. Beginners learn stance, guard, footwork and defence on pads and bags until the movement holds up under mild pressure.
- Eight-week beginner course before any contact work
- Technical sparring supervised by a coach at all times
- Wraps and gloves available to borrow for a first month
- Strength and conditioning included in every membership
- Week 1 to 2Stance, guard, footwork and the straight punches.
- Week 3 to 6Combinations, defence, pad rounds and bag conditioning.
- Week 7 to 8Light technical drills with a partner, then into general classes.
Three floors, built for combat sport.
Everything is set up so a class of twenty can train without queuing for equipment.

About the gym
Do I need to be fit before I start?
No. The beginner course is built for people starting from nothing, and the conditioning is scaled to the room.
Is there a womens-only session?
Yes, three times a week, coached by Nadia and open to all levels.
Can I watch a class before joining?
Absolutely. Come to reception during any evening session and a coach will show you around.
