Twenty-three coached sessions a week.
Beginner classes run four times a week so you never wait long to start. Sparring is Wednesday evenings only, supervised, and never compulsory.
Getting a place
How booking works here.
Most classes do not need booking. Turn up ten minutes early, wrap up and get on the floor. Only the beginner intakes and fight-team sessions are restricted.

- Technical sparring requires coach clearance
- Open gym for members outside coached hours

Which class should I attend first?
Any session marked Beginner. Nadia and Dean take those and expect first-timers every week.
Do I need my own gloves?
Not for the first month. Wraps and gloves are available to borrow at reception.
Is the timetable different in summer?
Morning sessions reduce slightly in August. Changes are posted two weeks ahead.
