Programme questions — Fight Prep
Can I do boxing and MMA together?
Yes. A single monthly membership covers both timetables.
When would I be invited to the fight team?
Usually after twelve to eighteen months of consistent training and supervised sparring.
Is sparring compulsory?
Never. Plenty of long-standing members train technically and never spar.
