Lesson questions
Before you book
Do I need to be a strong swimmer?
Swimming confidence is important. Tell the school honestly so the coach can recommend a suitable session or ask for more information.
Is equipment included?
Beginner lessons normally include a suitable board and wetsuit. Check the booking details for private and advanced sessions.
What happens if conditions are unsuitable?
The lesson may move beach, change focus, reschedule or convert to land-based coaching depending on the safety policy.
Can children and adults join the same group?
Family formats are available, but youth and adult groups may be separated when age, confidence or conditions require it.
