Help for SiteMorphix 1.0.0 Free and Pro, responsive previews, verified repairs, live translated previews and Chrome Web Store questions.

Before opening a ticket

Use Google Chrome 116 or newer for Free responsive testing. Pro live translated previews require Chrome 138 or newer.
Open a normal HTTP or HTTPS website. Chrome internal pages such as chrome:// cannot be inspected by extensions.
Open the SiteMorphix side panel from the toolbar. Normal HTTP and HTTPS site access is granted at installation, so there is no repeated per-tab permission step.
If a normal website is blocked, check Chrome extension Site access settings and make sure SiteMorphix is allowed on that site.
Include the exact SiteMorphix version, currently 1.0.0.

SiteMorphix does not open on a page

SiteMorphix is designed for regular HTTP and HTTPS webpages. Browser-internal pages, the Chrome Web Store and other protected surfaces may block extension scripting by design.

Viewport measurement is unavailable

Refresh the website, then use the refresh/measure button in the side panel. SiteMorphix already has access to normal HTTP and HTTPS pages after installation.

Device preview is close but not pixel-exact

SiteMorphix calibrates the Chrome content area toward the requested CSS viewport. Operating-system window borders, scaling and physical screen limits can affect the final window size.

How do I know a repair actually worked?

Pro reports Verified Fixed, Improved, Applied - manual review needed, or Issue remains. Where measurable, it compares before/after overflow and offender counts. Repairs are browser-side previews and can be reverted with Undo All.

Live translated preview is unavailable

Use Chrome 138 or newer and select a language pair supported by Chrome's built-in Translator API. Chrome may download an on-device language pack the first time a supported pair is used. This is not an extra SiteMorphix permission prompt.

Does Free modify my website?

No. The Free build is a responsive preview/testing tool. It does not permanently edit remote website files.
