Featured Program

Barbell Strength: a complete training block for stronger, cleaner main lifts.

Build repeatable squat, press, hinge and pull strength with clear weekly loading and coach review.

Program Goal

Improve force production without losing movement quality.

The block uses repeat exposures to key lifts, enough accessory volume to support them and a loading plan that responds to actual performance.

  • Technique under progressive load
  • Manageable weekly volume
  • Accessory work tied to lift needs
  • Planned review and deload
Barbell strength program
Four Phases

Progress from volume to stronger expressions.

Weeks 1-2

Establish

Repeat clean technique and baseline volume.

Weeks 3-4

Build

Add productive working sets.

Weeks 5-7

Intensify

Raise load with controlled volume.

Week 8

Review

Rep test, technical check and next plan.

Session Map

Each day has a primary lift and a support job.

Day A: Squat Priority

Squat, press, posterior-chain support and loaded carry.

Day B: Hinge Priority

Deadlift variation, upper pull, single-leg work and trunk.

Day C: Press + Volume

Press, moderate squat exposure, horizontal pull and accessories.

Optional Conditioning

Short low-impact intervals placed away from the hardest strength day.

Movement Families

Build the main lifts with supporting work that earns its place.

Squat

Bracing, depth and force through the floor.

Hinge

Posterior-chain strength and controlled bar path.

Press

Stable upper-body force with useful range.

Pull + Carry

Upper-back strength, grip and trunk capacity.

Coach Checkpoint

Technique feedback happens before load decisions.

Video, set quality and effort ratings help the coach decide whether the next session needs more load, the same load or a simpler variation.

Who this suits: members with basic movement familiarity who want a structured strength focus. Complete beginners can enter after the Foundations pathway.
Do I need to know my one-rep max?

No. We can set starting loads from coached working sets and effort ratings.

Can I add cardio?

Yes. Low-impact conditioning can be placed where it does not reduce lift quality.

What happens after week eight?

We review progress and choose another strength block, a hybrid phase or a different priority.

Start the block with accurate starting numbers.
