Teaching approach

Good yoga teaching starts with attention, not performance.

Our teachers explain the purpose of each practice, offer clear options and help students work at a pace that feels sustainable.

  • Beginner-friendly cues
  • Progressions for regular students
  • Breath and alignment guidance
  • Private-session options

Studio standards

What you can expect from every teacher.

01

Clear options

Every sequence includes sensible alternatives rather than an one-size-fits-all instruction.

02

Useful observation

Teachers watch the room and adjust cues when students need a clearer route through the practice.

03

Respectful guidance

Hands-on adjustments are optional and explained before they are used.

Choosing a teacher

Which teacher is best for a first class?

Start with a Foundations or gentle Flow class. The team can also recommend a teacher based on your goals and experience.

Can I book a private session?

Yes. Private sessions are useful for beginners, technique questions and people who prefer individual pacing.

Do teachers use the same class plan?

No. Each teacher has their own style, but all classes follow the studio standards for clarity, progression and student choice.
