Every class states its level honestly. If you are new, look for Foundations or All Levels, and tell the teacher when you arrive.

How to reserve a mat.
Classes cap at eighteen in the main room and twelve in the garden room. Booking opens seven days ahead and the waiting list releases places automatically.

Foundations. It runs four times a week and assumes no previous experience. This applies to the props shelf at the yoga studio.
Do I need to bring a mat?
No, everything is provided. You are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
