Reformer questions
Is reformer harder than mat Pilates?
It is different rather than harder. The springs can assist as well as resist, which often makes reformer more accessible for beginners.
Can I do reformer with a back problem?
Often yes, but tell us before booking so we can put you with the right instructor and, if needed, start you in private sessions.
How often should I come?
Twice a week produces noticeable change within about six weeks. Once a week maintains what you have built.
