Class levels
Use pace and support, not labels alone.
Open-level classes welcome mixed experience but may move more continuously. Beginner-friendly classes create more time for explanation. Specialist classes may require a short consultation.

Booking notes
Keep the schedule flexible and fair.
Reserve ahead
Small classes can fill quickly, especially evenings and weekends.
Cancel with notice
Early cancellation returns the space to another member.
Arrive ten minutes early
Late entry may not be possible once class has settled.
Ask before booking
Contact the studio when injury, pregnancy or confidence affects class choice.

Workshops and seasonal events
Longer sessions create room to explore one topic well.
Weekend workshops cover foundations, back care, breathwork, restorative yoga and home-practice planning.
Breath and Back Care
Mobility, support and practical tools for desk-heavy weeks.
Restorative Foundations
Props, pacing and the mechanics of supported rest.
