Inside a class
A clear beginning, purposeful middle and deliberate close.
Arrival
Class focus, prop choices and movement considerations.
Preparation
Breath, mobility and foundational movement patterns.
Main practice
Sequences or supported poses with options throughout.
Integration
Rest, reflection and an unhurried return to the day.

Breath and restore
Recovery is a practice, not a reward for working hard.
Slower classes can stand alone or balance stronger movement. Teachers help members use props and pacing to make rest physically comfortable rather than something to endure.
