Programs are grouped by development need rather than age alone.

01Ages 5–8

Foundation Multi-Sport

Helpful answers before you book

Does my child need previous experience?

No. Foundation and starter groups are designed for beginners, while advanced pathways use an assessment.

Can athletes change sports or pathways?

Yes. Coaches review progress and can recommend another sport, level or schedule where appropriate.

How are groups selected?

Age is considered alongside confidence, movement ability, experience, learning needs and goals.

Are trial sessions available?

Yes. Most open-entry programs offer a trial before term enrolment.
