COACH ASSIGNMENT

We assign by fit, not just availability.

The booking team considers age, experience, confidence, language, group size and technical goal. Performance sessions may require an assessment before a training block is confirmed.

  • Specialist matched to lesson goal
  • Language preferences considered
  • Junior groups use age and level boundaries
  • Coach changes communicated before the session where possible

JOIN THE TEAM

Professional standards on and off the snow.

Required

Relevant qualification, first aid, right to work and clear client communication.

Expected

Condition-led judgement, reliable lesson notes and respect for local operations.

Supported

Mentoring, observation, pathway training and performance feedback.
