The most common cause is that the property has no linked Area Profile. Go to the property edit screen and connect it to an Area Profile using the Area Intelligence sidebar box. Score cards, maps, nearby places, price trends, and the assistant all require this connection.

Yes. Network activation is supported and each site in the network keeps its own properties, area profiles, settings and leads. The uninstall routine is multisite-aware too: it walks every site in the network and only removes data where that site has explicitly enabled “Delete data on uninstall”.

Go to Settings → Permalinks and click Save Changes without making any changes. This flushes and re-registers WordPress rewrite rules including AreaIntelig’s custom post type URLs. If the issue persists, go to AreaIntelig → Tools → Flush Rewrite Rules.
