AreaIntelig Terms of Service

1. Product scope

AreaIntelig is software for organizing and calculating property-listing information. Features can include local browser tools and optional connected features through an eligible AreaIntelig WordPress installation.

2. Free and paid plans

Free features may be used within their published limits. Paid features, limits and billing periods are those displayed at checkout and can change for future purchases. Existing paid access remains subject to the terms presented for that subscription.

3. Subscriptions

If you buy a recurring plan, it renews according to the billing period and price disclosed at checkout unless cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally remove access before the end of an already-paid period.

4. Connected sites

You are responsible for the WordPress site, hosting, permissions and data you connect to AreaIntelig. Keep pairing keys and browser credentials private and revoke credentials you no longer control.

5. Third-party property websites

Property websites can change their markup, availability and terms. AreaIntelig does not control third-party portals and does not guarantee continuous extraction from every site.

6. Calculations and decisions

Investment calculations depend on listing information and assumptions that can be incomplete or wrong. Verify important figures independently. AreaIntelig is not financial, legal, tax, lending or appraisal advice and does not guarantee investment performance.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use AreaIntelig to violate law, circumvent access controls, interfere with services, abuse third-party portals or process data you do not have a lawful right to use.

8. Intellectual property

AreaIntelig software, branding and original materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. A subscription or licence gives you usage rights, not ownership of the software.

9. Availability and updates

Features may be improved, corrected, replaced or discontinued when technically, legally or commercially necessary. Security and compatibility updates can require a newer extension or Bridge version.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AreaIntelig is provided without a guarantee that a particular property, calculation, portal or connected service will always be available or error-free. You remain responsible for investment and purchase decisions.

12. Refunds

Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and the terms displayed by the billing provider at purchase.
