Summary
AreaIntelig analyzes property pages only when you invoke it. Local Free mode stores supported records and preferences inside Chrome extension storage. It does not use Chrome's History API, cookies permission or advertising permissions. It declares tabs as an optional permission. AreaIntelig requests it only when the active-tab URL is not already available through your user action and it needs that URL to request access to the exact property website you explicitly choose to analyze.
What the extension reads
When you ask AreaIntelig to analyze the current property page, it may read listing information such as title, price, currency, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor area, address/location, image, geographic coordinates and the source URL. It uses portal-specific extraction where available and structured listing markup as a fallback.
Current-page extraction is initiated by you. AreaIntelig does not install a background content script that continuously records the pages you visit.
Local data
In Local Free mode, saved properties, reports, assumptions, preferences and other supported local records are kept in Chrome extension storage in your browser profile. Local backups intentionally exclude pairing keys, device tokens, passwords and similar credentials.
Connected WordPress site
If you choose to pair AreaIntelig with your own eligible WordPress installation running AreaIntelig Extension Bridge, Chrome requests access to the exact HTTPS origin you enter. The site-wide pairing key is used to issue that browser a separate revocable device token. After successful pairing, the pairing key is not retained by current v3.5 builds.
Connected requests can send the property and investment information required for the feature you chose to that paired WordPress site. Connected saved properties, reports, alert records, client records and analysis can also be stored on that site depending on its plan and capabilities.
Your paired WordPress installation and hosting provider control data stored on that site. AdnanThemes does not receive a copy merely because the extension is paired to your site.
Plan and billing data
When paid checkout is enabled, the external billing provider processes purchase and subscription information under its own privacy terms. AreaIntelig should receive only the account, licence or entitlement information needed to determine whether paid features are active. Card details are not intended to be stored inside the Chrome extension.
Automatic monitoring
The current product can store price-alert records. It does not promise automatic external listing monitoring unless an authorized live-data workflow is separately enabled.

What AreaIntelig does not request

Your controls
- Disconnect a paired site from AreaIntelig Settings.
- Revoke a paired browser from WordPress under Settings → AreaIntelig Extension.
- Export or clear supported local records from extension Settings.
- Remove the extension to remove its local extension storage from that browser profile.
Financial information
AreaIntelig outputs are estimates based on listing information and assumptions. They are not financial, legal, tax, lending or appraisal advice.
Children
AreaIntelig is a property analysis tool and is not directed to children.
Changes
Material changes to data handling will be reflected in this policy and, where appropriate, in release information.
