Choose the right pathway for your game
Every programme combines clear instruction, practical drills and measurable progress. Sessions can be booked individually or as part of a structured development package.

Private Coaching
One-to-one technical correction and a personalised development plan built around your own footage.

Match Performance
Tactical decision-making, partner communication, transitions and pressure drills for league players.

- Two technical drills, then live points
- Coach feedback in the last ten minutes
- Paddles and balls provided if you do not own any
Three coaches, each with a different specialism
You are matched to a coach after your first session rather than by whoever happens to be free. All three hold a current national coaching qualification and first aid certificate.

Coaching questions
Do I need my own paddle?
No. Paddles and balls are provided at every session, and you are welcome to try a few before buying your own.
I have never played before. Which programme?
The Starter Programme. It assumes no experience at all and runs in groups of four so nobody feels watched.
Can I book a single session instead of a block?
Yes. Every rate is available as a single session, and blocks simply cost less per hour.
What happens if I miss a session in a block?
Tell us more than twenty-four hours ahead and the session moves to the end of your block at no cost.
Do you coach juniors?
Yes, from age eight, in dedicated junior groups with correctly sized paddles.
