Why I Built FitNFO
I have been building WordPress plugins and themes since 2014 — over a decade of creating tools for developers, agencies, and site owners worldwide. In that time, I noticed one consistent gap: fitness websites had no quality calculator plugin worth recommending.
The existing options were outdated, poorly coded, limited to 5-10 calculators, and had no modern builder integration. No AI, no progress tracking, no real UX. I kept seeing fitness coaches and health bloggers settle for bad tools because there was nothing better.
FitNFO started as a personal project to fix that. One plugin with every fitness calculator anyone would ever need — built on accurate formulas, modern WordPress standards, and genuine AI integration. What began as “fill the gap” became a full product: 130 calculators, AI body analysis, meal planning, progress tracking, and a trainer/gym directory.
Every feature in FitNFO exists because a real user needed it. Every formula was implemented from scientific literature, not guesswork. I hope FitNFO helps you build something your users genuinely love.
