COMMON QUESTIONS

Before your first programme session

Do I need my own racket?

No. Trial rackets are available for first sessions and beginners.

How is my level decided?

A coach watches a short warm-up and match-style drill, then recommends a suitable group.

Can adults start from zero?

Yes. Adult beginner groups cover rules, strokes and movement from the start.

Can I change programmes?

Coaches review progress and can recommend a different group when the next challenge is appropriate.
