Do I need training experience?

No. The assessment establishes an appropriate starting point and teaches the skills needed.

Is nutrition included?

Practical habit coaching is available within selected packages. It is not medical nutrition therapy.

Can coaching work around pain?

Training can be adapted after appropriate medical or rehabilitation clearance where required.

Do you coach online?

Yes. Online and hybrid formats include programming, videos, check-ins and reviews.
