PROGRAMME QUESTIONS

Choose with confidence.

Can a beginner join the advanced pathway?

No. Advanced classes require demonstrated foundations and instructor approval.

Is self-defence training guaranteed to work?

No programme can guarantee outcomes. Training should focus on awareness, avoidance, boundaries and level-appropriate technical practice.

Are uniforms included?

Demo prices do not include equipment unless stated. Live product sales belong in WooCommerce or another plugin.

Can programmes be customised?

Private instruction can focus on specific technical goals, but medical or rehabilitation plans require qualified professionals.
