BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
Prepare for the session that is actually scheduled.

- Arrive early if borrowing gloves
- Tell the coach about injuries or medical restrictions
- Do not attend contact sessions when unwell
Assessment before placement
New visitors should complete a short coaching assessment before joining technical or contact-based sessions.
