FAMILY QUESTIONS

Does my child need previous experience?

No. Beginner groups start with movement, class routine and simple technical foundations.

Is grading compulsory?

No. Grading is an optional progression tool and should not be used to pressure participation.

Can family members train at the same time?

Schedules can place family sessions close together, while teaching remains age and level appropriate.

What equipment is required?
