COACHED SPARRING

Sparring is earned through control.

New members are not pushed into contact. Coaches first check defence, composure, communication and the ability to follow a round plan.

  • Technical sparring before open rounds
  • Matched gloves, size and experience
  • Clear themes and stop signals
  • Post-round feedback
