The goal is to protect the highest-value work and keep it repeatable.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"quality\">Quality comes before session count.<\/h2>\n<p>A good strength session has enough energy for useful loading, stable technique and a clear progression target. When weekly volume rises faster than recovery capacity, later sessions can become lower-quality copies of earlier ones.<\/p>\n<div class=\"lfv3-pullquote\">A session is only valuable if the member can recover from it and still execute the next useful session well.<\/div>\n<h2 id=\"volume\">Useful volume is different from available volume.<\/h2>\n<p>Available time may allow four sessions. That does not mean four hard sessions are the best choice. Keep the number of exercises small enough to progress clearly.<\/p>\n<h3>Friday: Strength B<\/h3>\n<p>Use complementary patterns and a slightly different emphasis.
