How we teach
Precision before intensity.
Pilates works when the movement is accurate, so we teach fewer repetitions with better control. Instructors adjust springs, footbars and props for each person rather than running one routine for the whole room.
Qualified instructors with 500+ training hours
Written notes on your goals and any injuries
Props for every body: boxes, rings, bands and bolsters
Progressions reviewed roughly every six weeks
