Program questions

Useful details before choosing a track.

Can beginners join any program?

Most sessions are scalable, but Foundations is the easiest starting point.

Do I need my own equipment?

No. The demo assumes the bootcamp supplies required portable equipment.

Can I mix programs?

Yes. Members can combine tracks depending on membership and weekly goals.

Are sessions cancelled in rain?

No. Sessions adapt to normal weather. Lightning or unsafe conditions may stop training.
