FitCalc Terms and AI Disclosure
Last updated: July 21, 2026
Educational use only
FitCalc calculations, assessments, reports, and AI-generated plans provide general educational wellness information. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency assistance, or a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional.
User responsibility
Users should verify important information and consult an appropriate professional before changing diet, exercise, medication, treatment, or health routines. Stop activity and seek appropriate help if symptoms, pain, or other concerns occur.
AI feature disclosure
The optional AI coach sends submitted information to the provider selected by the website owner. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular person. FitCalc instructs the provider to avoid diagnosis, appearance-based health judgments, extreme diets, and unsafe promises, but no automated system is error-free.
Site-owner responsibilities
- Publish accurate privacy, consent, disclaimer, and contact information.
- Use valid API keys and comply with provider terms.
- Protect WordPress, lead records, credentials, and backups.
- Obtain any consent required for email, marketing, AI processing, and data retention.
- Test calculator presentation, builder compatibility, email delivery, and local legal requirements before launch.
License and updates
FitCalc Pro access, updates, support, site limits, renewals, and account services follow the plan shown at checkout. The plugin is distributed under its stated software license, while access to paid updates and services requires an active commercial subscription unless the purchase terms say otherwise.
