FitCalc Pro Refund Policy

We want customers to test FitCalc Pro with confidence. The following policy applies to purchases made directly through the official FitCalc Pro Freemius checkout.

14-day refund period

You may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase when the plugin does not work as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable troubleshooting process.

Before requesting a refund

• Confirm that WordPress, PHP, and required plugins meet the published requirements.
• Install the current FitCalc Free and FitCalc Pro versions.
• Share the error message, steps to reproduce it, and relevant site environment details.
• Allow support a reasonable opportunity to diagnose and fix the problem.

Items normally not refundable

• Requests made after 14 days.
• Change-of-mind requests after substantial use or successful activation.
• Hosting, third-party API, theme, builder, or custom-code problems outside FitCalc Pro.
• OpenAI, Anthropic, hosting, email, payment, or other third-party usage charges.
• Renewals when the renewal notice and cancellation options were available before the charge, except where required by law.

How to request a refund

Email wp@adnanthemes.com from the purchase email address and include the order number, site URL, reason, and troubleshooting details. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded in your country.
