FitCalc Privacy Policy

This policy explains how FitCalc Free, FitCalc Pro, and this demonstration website handle information. FitCalc provides general educational wellness tools and is not medical software.

Information processed by FitCalc Free

Calculator entries and wellness-tool progress are normally processed in the visitor’s browser. FitCalc Free does not require an account and does not send calculator values to AdnanThemes.

Information processed by FitCalc Pro

When a visitor submits a Pro lead form or assessment, the website may store the visitor’s name, email address, selected calculator, submitted result or notes, consent status, source page, and submission time. On the official FitCalc demonstration website, consenting lead records are scheduled for automatic deletion after 365 days. Other website owners may select a different period in FitCalc Pro Data and Privacy settings.

Demo and Mock Testing

When the site owner enables FitCalc Pro Demo / Mock mode, the plugin returns clearly labeled sample results locally without contacting OpenAI or Anthropic. Uploaded images are checked for supported type and size but are not analyzed or transmitted to an external AI provider in this mode. Demo mode is intended only for testing and should be disabled before live AI use.

Optional AI processing

If the website owner enables the AI wellness coach, information entered in that form and an optional uploaded image are sent to the selected provider, OpenAI or Anthropic, only after the visitor gives consent. The image is used for that request and is not added to the WordPress Media Library by FitCalc. Provider terms, retention, and billing also apply.

Licensing and checkout

FitCalc Pro uses Freemius for checkout, licensing, renewals, invoices, updates, and optional product analytics. Freemius may process account, website, payment, license, and technical information required to provide those services. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by AdnanThemes.

Email and support

When you contact us or request a result email, we process the contact information and message needed to respond or deliver the requested report. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You may ask the relevant website owner to access, correct, export, or delete lead information. WordPress privacy export and erasure tools are supported for FitCalc Pro lead records. You may also decline optional Freemius analytics or AI processing.

Security and retention

API keys are encrypted before storage. FitCalc Pro supports daily retention cleanup, WordPress personal-data export and erasure tools, and an uninstall option that permanently removes FitCalc Pro leads and settings. Website owners remain responsible for WordPress security, backups, access control, privacy notices, and lawful use of collected information.

Transformation Hub privacy

The optional Photo-Assisted Transformation Plan and AI Meal Photo Scanner send the visitor’s submitted fields and optional image to the AI provider selected by the website owner only after adult consent. Entered measurements drive the plan. FitCalc instructs the provider not to infer body weight, body-fat percentage, health status, age, ethnicity, disability, pregnancy, fitness level, or attractiveness from appearance.

The Recovery and Readiness Score, Smart Hydration Coach, Habit Streaks, and Private Progress Photo tools run in the visitor’s browser. Progress photos are displayed locally for the current browser session and are not uploaded, analyzed, scored, or retained by FitCalc. Habit data is stored only in that browser’s local storage unless the visitor clears it.
