What it does<\/h2>
  • Reads the current listing, its area score, ROI, deal signal and running costs before answering.<\/li>
  • Works with no API key at all. The rule-based engine runs on your own server, so there is no per-question cost and nothing leaves the site.<\/li>
  • Add an OpenAI or Anthropic key and the wording improves; if that call fails it falls back to the local engine rather than erroring.<\/li>
  • Answers are grounded in your data, so it cannot invent a price or a score that is not there.<\/li><\/ul>
